The Bake & Art Story

Bake & Art started as a home-based venture in 2013. We’ve grown into a specialty bakery known for our custom designer cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and desserts for special occasions. Everything is made to order and freshly baked, with a focus on unique design, quality, and taste. Our customer base has grown through word-of-mouth referrals, and we now cater to restaurants, corporate events, and celebrations. We also sell through retail outlets while continuing to specialize in customized designer cakes for special occasions, delivering across Chennai. Our motto, “Happiness is Homemade,” reflects our commitment to using quality ingredients and avoiding artificial flavors and preservatives in our recipes.

Meet Chef Revathy

The Heart of Bake and Art

Chef Revathy's passion for dance, food, and art has shaped her culinary journey. Inspired by her grandmother and mother's Chettinad cooking, she honed her skills in the family kitchen before exploring and reinventing recipes. After years in the corporate world, Revathy pursued her passion, training and earning certification from the Wilton School of Cake Decoration in the US in 2013. Her talent quickly gained recognition, winning "Best Brownies & Cupcakes Category" in 2014. In 2021, she was selected as one of the Top 18 contestants in the "Master Chef program in Tamil Nadu" hosted by Vijay TV.

Chef Revathy's expertise spans baking, creative designer cakes, desserts, and cuisines from various cultures, including Chettinad, Continental, Italian, and American. Her unique creativity, combined with a focus on taste and quality, led to the founding of Bake & Art in 2013.
